General Terms and Conditions of BISA Sicherheitstechnik GmbH
§1 Scope of application and definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity (§ 13 German Civil Code – BGB).
§2 Conclusion of contract, storage of the contract text
(1) The following provisions regarding the conclusion of contracts apply to orders placed via our online shop https://nnhandel.at/.

Contract conclusion.
(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but merely a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By placing an order for the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
Acceptance of the offer takes place in writing, in text form, or by dispatching the ordered goods within one week. If the deadline expires without acceptance, the offer shall be deemed rejected.
(4) When an order is received in our online shop, the following provisions apply: The consumer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the ordering process provided in our online shop.
The order process consists of the following steps:
1) Selection of the desired goods
2) Confirmation by clicking the “Order” button
3) Review of the information in the shopping cart
4) Clicking the “Checkout” button
5) Login to the online shop after registration and entering login details (email address and password)
6) Final review and correction of entered data
7) Binding submission of the order by clicking the “Order with obligation to pay” or “Buy” button
Before submitting the binding order, the consumer can return to the page where customer details are entered by using the “Back” button of the internet browser used, review and correct any input errors, or cancel the order process by closing the browser. We confirm receipt of the order immediately by means of an automatically generated email (order confirmation). This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer. Acceptance of the offer takes place in writing, in text form, or by dispatching the ordered goods within one week.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders placed via our online shop: We store the contract text and send you the order details and our General Terms and Conditions by email. You can view the General Terms and Conditions at any time at https://carkey.at/agb. You can view your past orders in your customer account under “My Account” → “My Orders”.
§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
(1) The prices stated include statutory value-added tax (VAT) and other price components. Any additional shipping costs are added.
(2) The consumer may choose payment via Mollie (credit card, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna, payment on collection).
(3) If the consumer chooses advance payment, they are obliged to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless otherwise clearly stated in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate dispatch. Delivery takes place no later than within 15 working days. In the case of advance payment, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is sent to the bank responsible for the transfer; for all other payment methods, it begins on the day after the contract is concluded. If the end of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next working day.
(2) In the case of mail-order purchases, the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the sold goods shall only pass to the buyer upon handover of the goods.
§5 Retention of title
We retain ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price has been made.

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

We are willing to participate in an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
Alternative dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board,
unless we are legally required to do so.
